Section 1: Data Capabilities & Coverage
We deliver Flight Data derived from external flight operation data of civil aviation aircraft. Our services maintain a guaranteed monthly Service Availability of at least 99%. Scheduled maintenance with advance notice does not count against uptime, and we use redundant hardware to perform system maintenance without taking the system offline. For flight status data, VariFlight actively pushes information to the designated receiving address of your server. For each Active Push, all informational updates and changes under one Flight Number per date are counted as one single subscription.
Our global flight data tracks external flight operations of civil aviation aircraft. The specific geographical regions, airlines, and technical deliverables are tailored and explicitly defined within the Service Deliverables section of your individual Purchase Order. To match your requirements, we support three query mechanics: Specific Flight Search which counts precise flight segments returned, Airport Search which returns all flights arriving at or departing from a designated airport on a given day, and Route Search which searches for all flights between a specific origin and destination airport pair on a given day.
Pursuant to this Agreement, we provide enterprise-grade Flight Status Data derived from civil aviation aircraft operations, mainly used to assist traveling passengers in trip planning or the creation of tourism products. This real-time dynamic data is delivered through an active push model directly to your server infrastructure.

Section 2: Integration & Technical Specs
Our Product and Service deliverables are accessed via Application Programming Interface (API) or Data Push. You can access your real-time usage volume information at any time by logging into our business account at http://open-source.variflight.com/en/business/login. Additionally, by the 10th day of each calendar month, VariFlight will provide a comprehensive report setting out the total number of transactions corresponding to the Service Fee charged for the previous month.
Yes. Subject to full compliance with all the terms set forth in the Agreement, you have the right to receive our technical support and responses to technical issues in English, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Section 3: Security, Compliance & Restrictions
The Flight Data supplied under this Agreement is derived from external flight operation data of civil aviation aircraft. Both Parties acknowledge and agree that they shall comply with all Applicable Laws regarding data privacy and data protection—including its collection, storage, use, disclosure, transfer, and processing—whether in Singapore, the United States, your country of incorporation, or elsewhere. In the event that important data or Personal Data needs to be transferred, both Parties shall perform security assessments in accordance with the methods required by Applicable Laws before such data is transferred. In the event of any data breach, you shall promptly inform VariFlight and the relevant regulatory authorities, explaining the possible impact and mitigating measures.
Yes. The Flight Data is granted under a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, worldwide licence solely within your system for internal, non-commercial use. You must display the Flight Data to end-users on platforms operated and managed by your organization solely for the purpose of assisting end-users in their flight and trip planning, and not for any other purpose. You shall not make any Flight Data available in raw form, through bulk sharing, or through transfer to any third party, and you are strictly prohibited from reselling or allowing the resale of any Flight Data during or at any time after the expiry or termination of this Agreement. In respect of flight status data, you shall only store the most recent status which shall overwrite any previous status, and storage of final flight status data shall not exceed 12 months after the completion of the relevant flight. Upon reaching this limit or upon expiration/termination, you must securely delete and destroy all relevant data. Derivative data and products formed by the Customer after processing the target data obtained from VariFlight are excluded from this 12-month deletion requirement.

Section 4: Trials & Use Cases
We offer a Proof of Concept (POC) engagement model under our Tier Pricing structure for technical evaluation. Following the conclusion of the POC, the first payment of the Service Fee is fulfilled as a lump sum. For the ongoing service, the contract details specify various payment methods including bank remittance and credit or debit cards, and your usage can be charged based on the number of Search Results returned, the number of times a search itself is performed, or via subscription packages.
