The VariFlight Website and its features are operated and technically supported by Feeyo Technology Company Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “We”, “Us”, or “VariFlight”) and its global affiliates. You must read and comply with this Agreement on Service of VariFlight Website (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) and any specific single service agreements to use the VariFlight Website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

The Website is made available to you strictly on the condition that you understand, accept, and agree to all terms, conditions, and disclosures presented herein. Your subsequent use, registration, login, form submission, or programmatic data requests shall be legally deemed as an acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

Important Notice: The commercial data products and licensing services offered through this Website may, for global transaction processing, international optimization, or cross-border invoicing, be provisioned and contracted by our designated overseas affiliates, including but not limited to our legal entity registered in Singapore. If you represent a corporate entity or an institutional client utilizing our data services, you warrant and guarantee that you have obtained proper corporate and legal authority to bind said entity to this Agreement. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you must read this Agreement and all related policies in the presence of and under the guidance of your legal guardian.

I. Scope of Data Services and Industry Solutions We deliver enterprise-grade global aviation data solutions tailored for multi-industry deployment, including Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), Travel Management Companies (TMCs), Aviation Insurance Providers, Technology Developers, Commercial Airlines, and Logistics Platforms. These services are strategically engineered to optimize operational efficiency, enhance technical workflows, and maximize end-user satisfaction. Our core data product suites include:

Flight Status API: Delivers real-time global flight status feeds, including estimated arrival/departure times (ETA/ETD), actual times, multi-tier delay forecasting models, cancellation/diversion alerts, and live airport operational metrics.
In-flight Amenity Data API: Provides comprehensive cabin configuration mapping, including in-flight Wi-Fi availability, in-seat power/USB outlets, in-flight entertainment (IFE) system profiles, and seat pitch metrics to empower product differentiation.

II. Form of the Services and Dynamic Variations Users must access the official web interface or verified API gateways of the Website to retrieve relevant data feeds. In order to constantly optimize data throughput, enhance system security architectures, and maintain the absolute stability of our server clusters, VariFlight and its affiliates reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or restrict any partial functionality or technical parameters of the Website at our sole discretion without prior specific notice.

III. User Accounts, Security, and API Key Restrictions

Credential Safekeeping: The registered enterprise or individual user is entirely and solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of their account credentials, login tokens, and generated API authentication keys (API Keys/Tokens).
Strict Non-Transferability: Comprehensive ownership of all registration accounts and technical profiles strictly resides with VariFlight. Users merely acquire a non-transferable, revocable right to utilize the interfaces and services. Users are absolutely prohibited from transferring, leasing, selling, or provisioning their operational credentials or data pipelines to any external third party without express prior written authorization.
Security Notification: If an account or API key is suspected of being compromised or subjected to unauthorized third-party access, users must notify us immediately through official channels to execute emergency circuit-breaking measures.

IV. Intellectual Property Rights and Commercial Resale Prohibitions

Legal Protection: All content, structural layouts, proprietary index algorithms, database matrices, data streaming architectures, and software code deployed on the platform are protected under the Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China, international treaties, and applicable intellectual property laws.
Commercial Exploitation Restrictions: The distribution of raw or processed data streams extracted from the Website is heavily constrained. Users explicitly covenant that—absent a formalized, written contract executed directly with us or our designated Singapore affiliate—they shall not use any automated means to scrape, cache for unauthorized redistribution, repackaging, or commercially resell our proprietary APIs, ADS-B streams, or specialized metrics.
Attribution Mandate: For authorized, non-commercial information sharing permitted under applicable frameworks, users must prominently display “Source: VariFlight” next to the data. For commercial licensing frameworks, queries must be directed to: business@VariFlight.com.

V. User Codes of Conduct When interacting with our platforms, users must strictly comply with all regional laws and regulations. You shall not utilize the Website for any unlawful, hazardous, or improper activities, including but not limited to:

Implementing high-frequency malicious automated loops or scripts that overburden or stress server infrastructures.
Probing for backend API vulnerabilities, reverse-engineering interfaces, or attempting unauthorized privileged access.
Scraping or harvesting identity data or sensitive account configurations of other enterprise users without authorization.
Injecting or distributing viruses, worms, malware, or malicious code designed to disrupt, modify, or corrupt operational data.

VI. Disclaimers and Governing Jurisdiction

Independent Evaluation: While we and our affiliates deploy industry-leading methodologies to ensure data timeliness and precision, aviation data variables (such as flight status alerts and ADS-B feeds) are subject to external force majeure and operational dynamics. Users shall independently evaluate data solutions and assume all financial and technical risks arising from reliance on such content.
Dispute Resolution: This Website user agreement is executed and signed in the High-tech District (Gaoxin District), Hefei City, Anhui Province, the People’s Republic of China, and shall be exclusively governed by the laws of the Mainland of the People’s Republic of China. Any unresolvable conflicts arising directly out of the usage of this Website shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the People’s Court possessing competent authority at the place of execution. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if a formal commercial procurement contract is signed separately by our Singapore or external international affiliate, the legal jurisdiction and governing law of that commercial transaction shall be governed strictly by the terms of that specific written agreement.
